Refund policy

At BFF Pet Boutique (a brand of 414Flipzone LLC), the health, happiness, and safety of your beloved pets mean everything to us. Because we care deeply about the well-being of every furry friend we serve, we maintain strict safety standards to prevent any cross-contamination. 

For the safety of our entire pet community, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened consumables (including, but not limited to, pet food, treats, toppers, vitamins, and supplements), or any used pet bedding and apparel. We know pets can be picky, so we always encourage donating unopened items your pet didn't love to a local animal shelter!

Return Window & Eligibility

If you need to return a product, we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible:
* Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
* Items must be unopened, unused, in their original retail packaging, and completely free of pet hair, dander, or odors.

How to Start a Return

1. Simply reach out to our caring team at support@shopbffpet.com. Please include your order number and a quick note about why the item didn't work out.
2. Once we review your request, we will send over easy instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service so we can guarantee your item safely makes it back to our boutique.
