This website and online store are operated by 414Flipzone LLC (the "Parent Company"). Throughout this website and these Terms of Service, the terms "we", "us", "our", and "the Company" refer collectively to 414Flipzone LLC, doing business as (DBA) BFF Pet Boutique, Best Furry Friend Pet Boutique, and shopBFFpet.
Agreement to Terms & Eligibility
By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms.
Pricing, Inaccuracies, & Order Limitations
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update product descriptions at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment was already processed, we will issue a full refund.
Billing & Account Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 414Flipzone LLC (and its brands BFF Pet Boutique, Best Furry Friend Pet Boutique, and shopBFFpet) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, veterinary bills, animal injury, animal illness, or pet mortality resulting from the consumption, chewing, swallowing, or use of any treats, toys, apparel, or supplements sold on our store. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with the product's suitability for your specific pet. As a reseller of third-party goods, the Company explicitly disclaims all liability for manufacturing defects, product design flaws, ingredient contamination, or product recalls initiated by the original manufacturers or wholesalers of the products sold on this website.

Shipping, Heavy Items, & Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for all items pass to you, the buyer, upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, delayed by carriers, or damaged during transit. For heavy items (including bulk food, crates, or litter), we reserve the right to adjust shipping fees or cancel orders if delivery to your address is logistically unfeasible.
Strict Food Safety & Hygiene Return Policy
Due to health, hygiene, and cross-contamination safety standards for animals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened consumables (including, but not limited to, pet food, treats, toppers, vitamins, and supplements), or any used pet bedding and apparel. All eligible returns must be in their original, unopened packaging, free of pet hair, and initiated within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact BFF Pet Boutique customer support at support@shopbffpet.com. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
